Description

We are working with a well-established, forward thinking,and ambitious business who are looking for an experienced administrator to jointheir team in Shrewsbury. The main purpose of the role will be to providevaried administrative support and an excellent service to clients.

Duties willinclude but will not be exclusive to:

  • Maintain and update client records
  • Allocate and plan workloads
  • Regular contact with clients, including chasing them forinformation
  • Assist with the creation of accurate invoices for workcarried out
  • Coordinate the receipt of client information and carryout online filing
  • Coordinate the preparation of annual assignment plans,ensuring drafts are completed by the Administrator with accurate anticipatedfees included
  • Liaise with the partner/manager to ensure any identifiedspecial work is accounted for within the budget, updating client assignmentplans accordingly
  • Prepare engagement/disengagement letters in accordancewith operational management team
  • Produce client closing packs in accordance withoperational management team
  • Assist with diary management for senior staff members
  • Coordinate the preparation of annual assignment plans
  • Prepare correspondence.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this roleyou must have previous existing administration experience as well as excellentcustomer service skills when dealing with clients. You will be confidentcommunicating with stakeholders at all levels. You must be IT literateincluding comfortable using MS Office and also the ability to pick up newsystems. You will need to be able to multi-task and prioritise workloads aswell as manage expectations. This role will suit someone who is analytical withstrong problem-solving skills.
