Partnering with HRBPs and business leaders to design and adapt compensation programs to business strategy and talent models
Synthesizing various data sources (external benchmarks, real-time recruiting data, exit data, internal compensation data) to distill key insights and craft a strategic compensation approach and pay ranges for each GSB
Managing the complexity in compensation programs spread across 40 geographies, >100 talent profiles and multiple seniority levels
Partnering with Global Compensation COE to share benchmark data and ensure alignment across BCG teams
Continually evaluating compensation programs (structure, approach, employee sentiment) and data (both internal and market) to ensure ongoing competitiveness
Managing large data sets to provide scenario modelling and financial implications to support business decisions (e.g. budget impact, range utilization, etc.)
Working across all levels of an organization to resolve complex employee comp issues, in partnership with the GSB HR, Recruiting, BU leaders and key stakeholders
Directing and guiding the day-to-day efforts of a virtual team comprised of 7 team members spread across various teams (1 direct report)
Developing and managing an integrated project plan to effectively execute our annual review and mid-yr. cycles (in conjunction with our Career Development, HR, global comp and CompView teams)
Assisting in the review and redesign of compensation programs, when necessary.
Developing and delivering various comp-related presentations (leadership updates, communications, training)
10+ years prior experience in HR or compensation administration in a professional services or corporate environment that is recognized for having best-in-class approaches to human resources administration and to administrative and operational excellence
Experience with compensation, analytics systems, and benchmarking surveys a plus (e.g., Market Pay, Tableau, Mercer, Radford)
Familiarity with Workday preferred
Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, global, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment, keeping with BCG’s values and culture
Strong program management to oversee multiple efforts simultaneously
