What will your role be?

The 3DEXPERIENCE Education Sales Manager

  • will drive transformation projects with academic institutions, industries and governments in order to enable the workforce of the future and support the upskilling of the current workforce.
  • has the overall responsibility for the adoption of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to academic institutions and students as well as for the promotion of our lifelong learning offer to industry customers.

The challenges ahead

Together with the Education Director Northern Europe (UKI, Benelux, Nordics), build and execute the 3DEXPERIENCE Education sales strategy to support business plan and industry priorities for Northern Europe:

  • Assess the academic and research landscape / market in Northern Europe
  • Promote the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to academic institutions and Research accounts, consolidating all our brands (3DEXPERIENCE, SOLIDWORKS, SIMULIA…)
  • Work with Rectors, Deans, and Presidents of Universities to have them endorse our solutions in multi-year programs to transform their educational and pedagogical engineering systems
  • Promote learning experiences (e-learning offer) and training services (through education partners) to our industry customers and individuals
  • Manage the value added resellers selling into education
  • Lead a team of Education sales’ experts

Your key success factors

  • Ideally 5- 10 years of experience in Education business management/sales roles within software/technology companies
  • Strong knowledge of the academic / education landscape in Northern Europe and passion & understanding of the specificities of this market
  • Tech sales background is a plus
  • Willing to work both indirect and direct as meeting academic institutions is crucial and represents a significant portion of the time as much as working with partners/ resellers
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple teams
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
