We currently have a great opportunity for a HR Administration Team Leader. The successful post holder will be responsible for the monitoring and co-ordination of the HR Inbox activity to meet the fast-paced requirements of our growing business. You will work closely with the HR Administrators to provide an efficient and effective first line response to queries and requests received from colleagues across the business.
You will also be responsible for the monitoring of our processes to ensure quality and delivery of service meets required KPIs. Plus, you will also work with our benefits partners and provide administrative support for delivery of our various schemes, e.g.: pensions, cycle to work, childcare vouchers etc.
This role will be based from our York offices with some flexibility to work from home.
