£12 - 14PH
1 Month Temp Assignment

The Client:-
Is a world leader in commercial real estate services, with a comprehensive suite of investor/owner and occupier services and products. We are looking for a HR & Payroll Administrator to join our team in the UK. The HR & Payroll Administrator carry out the administrative tasks associated with the complete Employee Lifecycle including Payroll Administration.

The HR and Payroll Team is responsible for employees in 13 different countries across Europe and APAC. This role will play a critical role in ensuring we maintain business as usual while we grow and develop our HR and Payroll service delivery

The Role:-

  • Assist with processing new joiners – preparing and issuing offer letters and employment contracts, completing appropriate pre-employment checks, ordering IT equipment, issuing first day instructions, completing first day process, creating new employee files, maintenance of joiners’ reporting, joiners notifications
  • Responsible for HRIS administration (Oracle) – maintaining employee records ensuring data integrity
  • Running monthly and ad hoc reporting
  • Maintain Employee Personal Files
  • Assist with managing employee exit process – resignation acknowledgement, acceptance, conducting exit interviews, offboarding from all relevant systems and informing the respective payroll bureau
  • Support line management and employees with employment related queries
  • Responding to employee queries ad hoc


  • Administer the payroll calendar cycle ensuring that employees receive monthly salaries on time
  • Collate payroll data monthly; reporting on joiners, leavers, verify staff attendance and Overtime hours and submit to outsourced payroll provider
  • Receive payroll reports, update consolidated payroll files, and submit for approval
  • Ensure that payroll reports are approved by internal stakeholders
  • Create payroll reports for client approval
  • Answer any payroll queries from employees or managers
  • Administer employee benefits (joiners/ leavers/ changes)


  • Receive invoices for HR vendors (Payroll, Legal, Benefits, Taxes, Recruitment etc)
  • Obtain approval for invoices
  • Submit invoices with payment details to Accounts Payable for processing
  • Provide Proof of Payment to HR vendors
