We have an opportunity for someone to support a growing cluster of schools managing their People Operations and HR Administration.
You will take responsibility for ensuring that all people/HR administration across the cluster has been effectively undertaken, collate and report on people data, communicate with finance colleagues to support accurate workforce planning and provide first line people support to the schools across the cluster where appropriate. Reporting to the Regional People Partner and linking into the Regional Business, Finance and School teams within the cluster, this role demands a person who has strong administrative, organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to plan their own workload and work to tight deadlines. Your personable and enthusiastic nature, as well as your ability to remain calm under pressure will enable you to deliver an outstanding employee experience for our employees.
We require someone that has the ability to maintain regular and effective communication with a range of colleagues, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Whilst this post may be based in any of our schools in the Didcot and Banbury Cluster; we support colleagues to work flexibly, and this role will also allow for remote working as appropriate to meet operational needs. An important aspect of the role will be to build positive relationships with each of our schools, and therefore a willingness and ability to travel across the cluster to support this will be essential.

Hours – 24 hours per week over 41 weeks of the year, ideally to be worked over 4 days.
Salary – Senior Specialist £35,000 FTE
Actual Salary –Senior Specialist - £21,102 (actual)
