Working to the Chief Communications Officer, as part of the Marketing and Communications department and in-market Commercial team, Volta Trucks is seeking ambitious Marketing and Communications Managers for its European launch markets (UK, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Netherlands) to develop and maintain the awareness, credibility and confidence in Volta Trucks. As a relatively new brand, this is an opportunity to be part of the team that shapes and establishes the company in a market from the outset.
In coordination with global and local teams, this role will input to, and implement, engaging Marketing, Event and PR activity to showcase the company’s products and services to appeal to target audiences within a market. In addition, strategies to support its manufacturing operations, business plan, and enhance the profile of senior management will be developed and managed.
Due to the innovative positioning of Volta Trucks, this role doesn’t necessarily require previous automotive experience. The most important criteria is a Marketing and Communications expert with B2B experience and a non-traditional approach, delivering customer communication opportunities in a transparent, progressive, and entrepreneurial manner to reflect the brand personality.
These are full-time roles with a mix of remote and office-based working, with some domestic and international travel. This role is perfect for a proactive, independent, roll-up-the-sleeves and results-driven individual and who has a great approach to teamwork and collaboration.
