Your New Multilingual Job Title: Korean speaking HR Manager , London

Location:Central London

Reporting to:Director, People & Culture (Global)

  • have CIPD qualification or equivalent academic background
  • have HR working experience in the Media, Advertising, Marketing or Creative agency environment

What You'll be Doing Each Day:

  • Generalist HR delivery for each office
  • Maintaining and improving the handbook and other guidance documents and report on HR related KPIs
  • Developing strong relationships in each office and use engagement programs, training interventions and global management initiatives to help create a global culture
  • Supporting regular reviews and objective setting
  • Engaging conversations with all levels of the agency to build your trusted network
  • Defining engagement programs and monitoring success
  • End to end recruitment with a diversity focus

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Fluent English and Korean language and culture is essential
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent academic background
  • HR working experience in Media, Advertising, Marketing or Creative Agencies
  • Good organisation and HR admin
  • Strong relationship building
  • Understanding of employment law
  • A passion for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace
  • Ability to travel (once Covid restrictions lift, likely to be 1-2 trips per year)

Job status: Permanent

Working hours: 30 hours per week, with flexibility to cover time zones when required. London, Sydney, Hong Kong, Delhi, Vienna and Seoul.

Mostly working remotely at the moment, with the aim of working face to face with at least 6 times per month. Most likely in one of the offices, so it would help for you to be based near one.
