Position – PA to the Cheif Operating Officer and Medical Director

Location – London Bridge

About the Role

We are looking for strong and experienced Personal Assistant to support the Cheif Operating Officer and Medical Director at London Bridge Hospital.

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide a personal secretarial and administrative service to the executive team and manage diaries and day to day activities along with arranging UK / worldwide travel arrangements as required.

As a Personal Assistant to members of the executive team, your role will have variety, and there will be exciting projects for you to support with, alongside assisting in the management of events and marketing initiatives.

Skills and experience

Previous experience in a PA role for an executive is essential.

Complex diary management and the ability to recognise the urgency of a situation and take appropriate action

Strong Computer literacy, with experience in excel, outlook and PowerPoint

Strong prioritisation and organisation skills

Previous experience at senior secretarial or project management level is highly desirable.
