The Keyholding Company has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Manager with a can do attitude to join our small yet ambitious Account Management team. Job Summary:

Reporting to the Account Director, the Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing a number of our most important client accounts. You will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, work within the company to ensure requirements are being met and help the client succeed.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To retain and grow your major key accounts
  • To develop a solid and trusting relationship between the client and key stakeholders across the business
  • To develop a complete understanding of your key account needs through account development plans
  • To resolve key client enquiries, issues and complaints
  • To anticipate key account changes and improvements
  • To manage communications between key clients and internal teams - HUB, Technology
  • To collaborate with the client on up-selling or cross-selling new Keyholding Company products or services
  • To plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly meetings with clients
  • To analyse client data to provide ROI and service improvements
  • To identify, co-ordinate and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • To represent The Keyholding Company and upload our values through your meetings and communication with our most important clients
  • Employees may be assigned other duties, in addition to, or in lieu of those described above, per the needs of the Company

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge: (job related/professional)

  • Minimum 5 years' proven work experience as Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role for high value accounts
  • Security tech industry preferred (FM/Mobile Services/Guarding/Systems)
  • Evidence of strong operational experience and knowledge
  • Evidence of achieving account growth, resolving issues and overcoming challenging situations
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including Director and/or C-level
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Dynamics, Salesforce or HubSpot) and MS Office
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • 5-year checkable work history or continuous education history
