Role Description:
Reporting to the Manager, Business Banking (BB) Digital Hub, the Senior Analyst – Business Banking Digital Hub is an exciting new position within Business Banking.

Job Description

Responsibilitie s:

  • Support the development of the Digital Hub capability roadmap by leading discovery efforts on a dynamic list of digital capabilities in the pipeline.
  • Work with both internal and external vendors to build, white-label, and partner-on digital capabilities
  • Define digital capability testing plans and objectives using an iterative MVP approach while balancing budget constraints and tight timelines.
  • Act as product lead within the delivery team(s) to help define the customer journey, stories and prioritize the backlog to meet the strategic objective of the capability being developed
  • Provide day to day business focus and support for the delivery team(s), acting as first-line for stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Develop the go-to market strategy for testing capabilities, engage and manage the necessary internal support functions to execute on that strategy i.e. marketing, analytics and insights, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and strategy teams to maximize engagement and adoption of capabilities
  • Continuously scan the local and global markets for emerging trends and new technologies

Job Requirements

  • Persistence in moving initiatives forward with speed and overcoming barriers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Skillful communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and partnership/influence skills to balance stakeholder input while remaining objective and resilient to reach the right outcomes
  • Self-motivated and curious, with strong awareness of global banking trends, including Open Banking
  • Previous experience with agile project delivery would be considered an asset
  • Previous business banking experience would be considered an asset.
