Job Description

Our client is a management consultancy firm, specialising in purpose and culture-led change management, looking for an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Manager to take a lead on all their recruitment needs. This busy role will be on a temporary 6-month contract, with flexible working, remote working, a really fab team and fun company culture with amazing benefits package!

Key responsibilities:

  • Direct sourcing and pipelining talent at all levels, across all sectors for both UK and Canadian offices
  • Working closely with relevant areas of the business to understand their recruitment needs, and to add value to the existing recruitment framework and processes
  • Providing support, guidance, and advice to internal hiring managers and stakeholders within the business, on all Recruitment and Talent matters
  • Provide potential candidates with an impeccable candidate journey and be the first face of the business
  • Managing the recruiting comms through company social channels
  • Genuinely care about the employee and candidate experience, with a warm, heartfelt and solution focused approach
  • Clear understanding of GDPR, ETW and compliance regulations

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven track record working in recruitment or talent
  • Ideally 1-2 years of internal experience,┬árecruiting within or for consultancy businesses preferred
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload using initiative
  • High level of Emotional Intelligence and self-awareness
